Exercise Rehab
A strong focus of Peter Stath Physio is the importance of exercise rehabilitation, in the management of injury. Exercise rehabilitation is delivered through a variety of methods, based on the individual’s needs and physical abilities.
1:1 & Group Exercise
Utilising either reformer-based or in a gym-based setting. Peter Stath Physio provides an individualised assessment and tailored exercise program that is performed under Physiotherapy supervision and is catered to the current functional capabilities to facilitate recovery from injury.
Youth Rehab
A semi-private resistance-based exercise class targeted at the adolescent athlete/person. Peter Stath Physio will perform a full and thorough assessment to tailor a rehabilitation program specifically for your injury. This program is aimed to help prevent and manage the recovery of injuries including but not limited to acute muscular/ligamentous injuries, overuse injuries such as patellofemoral pain and apophysitis injuries including Osgood Schlatter’s and Sever’s injuries.
GLA:D Program
Peter Stath Physio is GLA:D Certified and is able to provide you with an effective program to assist those suffering from hip/knee osteoarthritis. This is a 12-week supervised group exercise training program that focusses on building strength, control and education about osteoarthritis and de-bunking any myths or misconceptions, reducing your pain and your need for replacement surgery.
Age Strong Program
Tailored to the older adult that may want to improve or maintain their physical function and capability. Our Senior Fitness program combines a resistance base exercise class and broad education to help our older generation overcome their injuries as well as maintain good health, strength, reduce their frailty and their risk of falls.
